Duces whiskey dinners are back with Jefferson's Bourbon! This event will feature a 3 course meal by 15 year veteran executive chef Bryant Hill as well as 4 unique offerings from Jefferson's Bourbon.
Menu for the evening:
Course 1
Bing bong shrimp - Battered shrimp tossed in a spicy Asian inspired sauce over a bed of mixed greens.
Course 2
Pollo la Rojas - Seared chicken breast topped with spinach, artichoke, and goat cheese with a drizzle of tomato wine and butter sauce served with rice.
Course 3
Bourbon white chocolate bread pudding - Traditional bread pudding with white chocolate chips, cinnamon, and other spices. Topped with a sweet cream bourbon sauce.
